The Northeast Expansion at Emory Johns Creek Hospital is a four-level addition designed to strengthen both patient care and hospital support services. The first floor features a modern pharmacy compliant with USP 797/800 standards, expanded laboratory and pathology departments, and enhanced materials management with improved loading dock access. The second floor introduces additional clinical and patient service areas, including observation and treatment rooms, a dedicated discharge lounge, and direct connections to the existing imaging and emergency departments. The third floor provides shell space for future clinical growth, while the fourth floor adds a rooftop helipad with rapid access to emergency and surgical services. Together, these improvements expand capacity, modernize core infrastructure, and position the hospital to meet the community’s growing healthcare needs.
