The project consists of a Therapeutic Radiation Oncology Suite designed to expand cancer treatment capabilities within the existing Medical Office Building. The scope includes the addition of a 2,660-square-foot Linear Accelerator (LINAC) suite, appended to the first floor, to support advanced radiation therapy services.

In conjunction with this addition, approximately 6,072 square feet of clinical support space and a new canopy will be created through the renovation of the existing suite where the LINAC connects to the Medical Office Building. Together, the new construction and renovation total 8,732 square feet, providing a state-of-the-art facility that enhances patient care, clinical efficiency, and long-term operational flexibility.
